TranTech is pleased to welcome Bijan Khaleghi, PhD, SE and Max Miller, PE to our team!

Bijan Khaleghi, PhD, SE
Bijan Khaleghi’s experience includes 32 years at the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), 17 of which he served as the State Bridge Design Engineer. Bijan served as WSDOT Bridge Office Representative for numerous complex, unique and monumental bridge projects including suspension, cable stayed bridges, segmental bridges, movable bridges, and challenging interchange and corridor projects. Here at TranTech, he will serve as Principal Structural Engineer, providing support in project management and pursuits.

Max Miller, PE
Max Miller will serve as Senior Civil Engineer, supporting local agency civil and multidiscipline projects. His experience includes 20 years of transportation and traffic engineering design and analysis, project management, and construction assistance. Recently his work has centered around traffic engineering and roadway improvement projects in both the private and public sectors, including work for the Cities of Redmond and Bainbridge Island.
