This WSDOT design-build project involved replacement of three culverts that carry Patterson Creek and two of its tributaries under SR 202 between Redmond and Fall City. Replacing the culverts restored Patterson Creek and its tributaries to a more natural state and improved passage for fish and aquatic life. As a subconsultant to another firm, TranTech designed three all-precast concrete box culverts, headwalls, and wingwalls. The project was constructed in the Summer of 2020 over weekend closures with an Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) design approach.
