As part of our On-Call with City of Bellevue, TranTech provided resident engineering and inspection of this elevated urban design corridor that connects 12th Ave to 120th Street in the City. The project included construction of two long-span prestressed girder bridges over existing BNSF rail and future Sound Transit light rail. The bridges utilized 6’ diameter drilled shafts that extended 56’ below ground surface.
TranTech provided FNRs, IDR’s, pay estimates, payment documentation, updates to risk matrix and schedule, evaluation of CO entitlement, change order management, claim evaluation, and other documentation as required. Coordination for materials testing, concrete testing and compaction testing was done on a daily basis. The project was constructed using WSDOT and the City of Bellevue standards.
