This TBD-funded project replaced aging pavement and substandard pedestrian facilities along James Street and Harrison Steet in Bellingham, WA. Improvements along James Street included resurfacing with Warm-Mix Asphalt (WMA), reconstruction of sidewalk ramps to comply with ADA, minor stormwater improvements, and restriping. Improvements along Harrison Street included resurfacing and restriping for approximately 750 lineal feet of roadway. TranTech provided Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) and Construction Engineering support. The project was completed and delivered within City’s planned budget.
